PROCESS A – Over Mental State

  • What actions can you take each day to quieten the mind and drop back into your body?

  • What beliefs, thoughts or fears come up when you think about resting?

  • How can you introduce more rest into your day?

  • When things don’t go as planned or are out of your control, how do you respond How would you prefer to respond?

  • How would it feel to let go of control of the situation?

PROCESS B - Hidden Self State

  • How can I begin to express my true self?

  • How does it feel to speak up? What feelings come up around this question?

  • What would I be doing if I was in my truest expression?

  • How would it feel to be living in expression of my truth?

  • What is holding me back from living in alignment?

PROCESS C - Protected Heart State

  • What past relationships or experiences still bring up feelings of pain or rejection, and what can I learn from these to heal and move forward?

  • What responsibilities are weighing me down, and how can I create space for myself to grieve or release the emotional burden?

  • What emotions or fears am I keeping inside, and how can I begin to open up to myself or others in a way that feels safe and healing?

  • When do I feel emotionally unavailable or anxious, and what would it take for me to feel more open, present, and connected with my emotions?

  • What makes me feel lonely or disconnected, and how can I nurture more meaningful connections with myself and others?

PROCESS D - Unsupported External State

  • What areas of my life do I feel unsupported, and what kind of support do I need most right now?

  • When I feel unstable or uncertain, what thoughts or fears come up, and how can I bring more grounding or clarity to the situation?

  • In what areas of my life am I being rigid or inflexible, and how might embracing change or adaptability help me feel more at ease?

  • What emotions have I been avoiding or repressing, and how might I begin to gently explore and express them?

  • What makes me feel insecure or unsafe, and what small steps can I take to create more stability and safety in my life?

PROCESS E - Untrusting Internal State

  • What doubts or regrets am I holding onto, and how can I shift my perspective to embrace forgiveness and self-compassion?

  • What does my authentic self look like, and what steps can I take to reconnect with my true desires and values?

  • What makes it hard for me to make clear decisions, and how can I trust myself more in choosing what feels right for me?

  • When do I tend to prioritise others opinions over my own, and how can I strengthen my trust in my inner wisdom?

  • In what areas of my life am I seeking approval or living for others, and what would it look like to live more for myself?

  • What beliefs are holding me back from feeling confident and clear?

  • When do I tend to abandon my own needs?

  • How can I practice showing up for myself in ways that honour my worth and desires?

PROCESS F - Fearful Anxious State

  • What triggers my anxiety or feelings of instability?

  • How can I create a sense of grounding or safety in those moments?

  • When I feel overwhelmed or anxious, what thoughts about the past or future are consuming my mind, and how can I bring myself back to the present moment?

  • What situations or beliefs keep me in survival mode, and how can I shift my mindset to create more peace, trust, and stability?

  • What environments or people make me feel overly sensitive or reactive, and how can I protect my energy and create emotional boundaries?
