What Is This Work About?

Amanda’s work is a body and field-based modality that supports the nervous system, the human biofield, and the body’s innate intelligence. It recognizes that we are more than physical beings...we are shaped by our emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic patterns, as well as our experiences, ancestry, and environment.

When the system has been holding stress, trauma, or survival patterns for too long, it can become stuck in imbalance. This work helps guide the body and field back toward greater regulation, coherence, and homeostasis...not by forcing change but by working with the body’s own wisdom.

Through light touch or no touch, organic responses may emerge such as movement, breath changes, sound, emotional release or deep stillness. These responses are natural and instinctive, arising from the body’s intelligence and stored tension, resistance, and patterns begin to unwind.

At its core, this work is rooted in the belief tha the body is wise, the field is always communicating, and healing happens when we learn to work with that intelligence rather than override it.

Meet Your Practitioner

So excited you’re here! A little bit about me… I’m a teacher of the “field” and a Level 2 Spinal Energetics Practitioner who also weaves in Breathwork, Light Language, Intuitive Energy Healing, and Channeled Coaching. With a foundation in nervous system and trauma healing, paired with years of business coaching and fitness & nutrition expertise, I guide growth on every level - mind, body, and business.

Over the years, I’ve built multiple six-figure businesses, but the outer success came at the cost of my inner well-being. My entrepreneurial path took me from burnout and survival mode to facing some of my deepest wounds after a series of traumatic events.

The healing work I now guide others through is the very work that brought me back home to myself. After spending most of my life in a chronically dysregulated state, this work helped me reconnect to peace, clarity, joy, and a deep sense of purpose.

Today, I feel incredibly honored to support others in coming back to their true essence - both in business and life -knowing that when we heal, we ripple healing out into the world.

What to Expect During a Session

Thorough Consultation

To help you get the most out of your session, answer any questions & explain what to expect during & after.

20-30 Min of Active Facilitation

Music & cues will be heard as you begin to unwind tension patterns stored in the body & energy field. Movement, sound, emotion, and/or tingles may be felt.

Assessment

To determine the tension patterns along your spine and energy field to activate, release & allow energy flow.

5-10 Min of Coming Back & Space To Talk

Very slowly & gently you will come back to the present space afterwards with time to share any insights or messages between us.

5-10 Min of Grounding & Safety

To help you create a deeper mind and body connection and create safety as the foundation so you can begin to let go.

Ongoing Integration Support

Integration typically lasts for 72 hours. It can feel worse or better during this time. Amanda checks in after a session to see how you’re feeling & provide extra love.

FAQs

  • For most people. There are some contraindications.

    My work can help with stress, anxiety, depression, headaches, stomach pains, digestive issues, irregular moods, jaw clenching, low libido, muscle tension, aches & pains, obsessive thinking, poor energy levels, feeling reactive, stuck, repeating the same patterns, disconnected from your true self.

    These are all signs of an overactive sympathetic nervous system. It so easy for the nervous system to get overburdened. There are many ways to help calm the nervous system. This work is a safe and gentle way to take care of you and help your body release past traumas, unprocessed emotions and physical tensions

  • Each person’s response to the treatment is very unique. Some people move a little, others move a lot during their first session. Some people take months or years; other’s never ‘move’ at all.

    It is important to note, that the amount of movement does not directly correlate to the amount of depth or benefits a person may receive during a session.

  • Everyone is going to be slightly different as we all have different life experiences, different levels of stress, different traumas.

    It is recommended that you commit to at least 3-6 sessions, to begin with.

    This will give you a good chance to adapt to this new way of unwinding and for the treatments to be of themes benefit and value to your well-being.

    I encourage my clients to intuitively dictate the pace of their healing journey. There is no right or wrong, however, this is not a one session ‘fix’ this process needs repetition.

  • We recommend committing to at least 3 -6 sessions, to begin with.

    This will give you a chance to adapt to the treatment, and for the treatments to be of the most benefit and value to your well-being.

  • Short answer - Yes!

    Most of my clientele are remote and from my experience I find that remote clients are able to connect to this way of working quicker and I put that down to the client feeling safe in their own familiar environment.

    Clients are able to surrender to the experience with ease.

  • We do not offer sessions to those in their first or final trimester.

  • You will see the pice listed per session on when you book.

  • Everyones experience is unique to them.

    Common experiences during a session are:

    Energy sensations, heat, cold, tingling, energy currents.

    Spontaneous body movements – this could be a twitch, stretch, yoga poses, serpent like flows.

    Emotional releases – stuck, suppressed, unprocessed emotions may arise. It is not uncommon to cry, laugh etc.

    Visual experiences.

  • After sessions of Spinal Energetics people have reported feeling an ease of physical symptoms they may have been experiencing, better quality sleep, clearer mind, less mood swings, reduced anxiety and overall stress, less tension in the body, increased energy levels, deeper connection to their higher self.

    Spinal energetics helps to calm your nervous system bringing you to a state of balance and calm.

  • It is not uncommon to notice some subtle shifts in the days after a session. You may feel some emotions coming to surface, change in energy levels, regions of ease or mild discomfort. For most people the integration period is up to three days post session.

  • My work is working with the nervous system to help release stored trauma and promote healing and recovery.

    The spine is considered the foundation of the body and the nervous system is responsible for transmitting signals throughout the body and regulating various bodily functions.

    The technique involves gentle touch/no touch, movement and awareness exercise to create a more balanced flow of energy throughout the body, which can help promote healing and improve overall health.

  • In my work we are accessing the individual’s inimitable energetic field (and surrounding fields) - matter to body, body to mind, mind to soul and soul to spirit - ultimately reaching a higher level of consciousness.

  • Sessions go from 30-60 minutes depending on whether it is a first consultation or a follow up.

  • 1-2 weeks between visits when starting.

    It can take up to 72 hours to integrate. During this time the body is still unwinding and old emotions that the body now feels safe to process can come to surface.

    For this reason we do not advise back to back appointments to allow the body time to process and integrate.

  • Those who are not used to energy work or do not have mind/body connection can feel less than those that engage in a regular practice.

    Increasing meditation, felt sense meditations, breathwork, yoga and trying a group session can all help increase energy connection.

  • A core healing function of my work is cultivating self-awareness: discovering, connecting and claiming ownership of one’s energy; creative, spiritual, and even political, and committing to walking a liberated path of authenticity.

  • Because our energy is constantly being impacted by many differing factors from within and from around us, and each person is so truly unique.

    I wholeheartedly believe that cross-pollinating eastern and western modalities together is a way of meeting these varying needs with as much safety, care, and tools are possible.
